intelligence is subjective, no? you can be street-smart but not academically smart, and vice versa. so i think it really depends. and if we’re talking about being street smart then its all about the decisions someone makes, and meh i can’t judge the decisions someone else makes. because i might think they are absolutely ridiculous decisions, but they might have reasons to make them etc etc. 

man but if i indirectly insult you, and you don’t get it then what even… i don’t exactly veil my insults THAT much. so yes, you’d have to be mighty stupid to not get that.
