Dan would be too easy. After Georgina gave the camera to Chuck, he left it in the bridal chamber…so Eleanor could it be. She is Blair’s mother and was in fear her daughter is not happy with Louis. Or she heard the conversation between Chuck and Blair and that was the reason for sending the blast.
